Query regarding eligibility

Hey, I’m not an experienced professional since I’m about to graduate in a few months. I have AWS credits to work on this hackathon, and I wanted to ask if I can still make a submission, as providing credits isn’t an issue here. Sorry for asking a bit late, I didn’t check the eligibility earlier and have already been working on the project for the past few days.
